Our aquatic schedule is filled with aquatic classes for every level of fitness and aquatic skill. Choose from Aqua-Fit, Aqua-Lite and Aqua-Motion. Tri City Wellness also offers a fee-based Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program. Check out our class schedule and jump right in!
