This series of gentle stretching and breathing poses are adapted from traditional hatha yoga. While seated using a chair for support you will learn to improve your overall strength, flexibility and balance. Some standing poses will be offered. Yoga relaxes your body and mind while it’s healing and restorative benefits are what you will take with you throughout your day.
Adaptability is what allows chair yoga to welcome all ages, abilities, and health challenges to this class. (1 hour)
