This is a complimentary session designed to assist you in improving your swimming skills as well as learn new ones. It is for everyone from beginner to Triathlete.
Qualifications: You should be able to finish 1 length of the pool without stopping (any stroke is fine).
Just show up and let the Coach know that you would like to participate and your goal.
