This class is ideal for anyone who enjoys a gentler, slower paced yoga class. This gentle stretch class is also suitable for students with limited mobility. Throughout the class we will practice a series of yoga postures designed to work on all bodily systems. Beginning with breathing exercises, followed by warm-up exercises and postures and concluding the class resting in savasana. Level 1 (1 hour 15 min format). All Gentle Yoga classes require a pass for entrance. Please arrive early and obtain a class pass from the service desk. Bring your own yoga mat.
