    This Gentle Yoga class integrates easy stretches, restorative and classical poses, and breathing exercises with the healing vibrations of crystal bowl meditations to establish harmony and balance of mind, body and spirit. Level 1  ( 1 hour 15 min format). All Gentle Yoga classes require a pass for entrance. Please arrive early and obtain a class pass from the service desk. Bring your own yoga mat.
