    Gentle Pilates Mat presents the same principles and exercises found in our traditional Pilates mat class. More time is spent on fundamental principles and modifications will be given. Clients should be in good health and be able to get up and down easily from the floor. This class is appropriate for beginners and participants who are new to the method. Level 1. Class pass required. Please bring your own mat.
