    Get ready to strengthen your core in this Pilates and beyond training class.  Power Pilates moves at a faster pace than the regular mat class and props such as weights, balls and bands may be used to add intensity.  Pilates experience is recommended, but not required.  This class is not for beginners or people with injuries.  Level 2-3  (45 minutes). Bring your own yoga mat.
