    Tai Chi for Health  focuses on the advanced movements of the Tai Chi for Health forms. It also introduces the Sun Style 73 Forms which focus on balance and smooth flowing movements.  Sun Style 73 is a powerful more complex Tai Chi form that provides both aerobic exercise, strengthening, and stress relief.
