Vinyasa Level 1 is for the newer Yogi, or if you’ve been taking a gentler form of Yoga for an extended period of time and you’d like to advance in your practice. Vinyasa Level 1 will focus on the breath, challenging but achievable poses and sequences, and plenty of options for modifications as you move through the class. This class moves at a slightly slower pace thanVinyasa Level 2.Vinyasa Level 1 WILL NOT practice inversions or any poses too advanced for the participants in that particular class on that particular day. (1 hour 15 min format). Please bring your own mat.
