Vinyasa Level 1 is for the newer Yogi, or if you’ve been taking a gentler form of Yoga for an extended period of time and you’d like to advance in your practice. Vinyasa Level 1 will focus on the breath, challenging but achievable poses and sequences, and plenty of options for modifications as you move through the class. This class moves at a slightly slower pace thanVinyasa Level 2.Vinyasa Level 1 WILL NOT practice inversions or any poses too advanced for the participants in that particular class on that particular day. (1 hour and 15 min format). Please bring your own yoga mat.
