Diabetes Wellness

Living with diabetes doesn’t have to be a daily battle. Our Certified Fitness Professionals will work with you to create a plan that includes education, a fitness plan, and progress reports which can be shared with your referring physician. We will help you develop the tools you need to make healthier lifestyle choices.  This program also features weekly group nutrition education with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Other program benefits include:

  • Group environment for sharing ideas and improving motivation
  • Reduced blood sugar readings
  • A custom workout and nutrition education
