Brandon Castillo is a kind, joyful and outgoing person who truly enjoys building healthy and long lasting relationships.  Brandon is a recent graduate from Vanguard University with a degree in Kinesiology, Emphasis in Pre-Health.  Prior to the Tri-City Wellness Center he worked for the Deerfield Child Development Center where he coached soccer, basketball, and volleyball, as well as created and integrated exercise and fitness classes.  Brandon has been passionate about exercise for over 10 years, ranging from swimming, strength training, power lifting, calisthenics, and all types of sports! He finds great satisfaction in providing fun and practical exercises which interchange between many different styles.  Brandon’s primary goal is to provide health awareness and training that can achieve healthy and active lifestyles while preventing acute and chronic injuries.  Another major passion of his is music!  Brandon has been playing the piano, guitar, and drums for as long as he can remember, and it is a great privilege of his to be able to write and compose music, and lead worship for Hope Church in Vista! Brandon is very thankful to be a part of this amazing team and could not be more excited to teach others about health and fitness as he partners with members, friends and colleagues in training and exercise!
