Laura Madanat

Personal Trainer

Laura Madanat found her passion for exercise while attending a recreational kickboxing class in high school. After three years of kickboxing she knew exercise and the human body was something she wanted to study. Laura received her Associates in Kinesiology at Mira Costa College in 2013 and is currently a student at Cal State San Marcos. Laura will have her bachelor degree with honors in Applied Exercise Science in August of 2015. She is on course to get certified as a personal trainer in the up coming months with the Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) certification.

Along with working as a personal trainer Laura plans to join the Navy and serve for five years. After which she plans to attend graduate school for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
