I have worked for 25 years in the fitness field, following my passion of introducing and promoting habits of good health that can improve the quality of people’s lives. Over the years I have earned numerous certifications that have allowed me to continue to stay in the forefront of Health and Fitness, teaching classes in yoga, pilates, aqua, muscle and cardio, zumba, and many other different formats. My training in these areas, and also in Cardiac Exercise and Diabetes programming influence my personal training sessions optimally. I am a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, and continue to work with clients with hip and knee replacements, shoulder surgeries and back injuries. My experience raising 8 children, overcoming my own back surgery while completing university and continuing to be an active participant in the athletics I love, has taught me that anyone can improve and maintain their health. My passion is to help make that possible for them, whatever the obstacles.
