For over 15 years, Monica has been dedicated to helping people reach their health and wellness goals using her unique, integrative program that includes personal coaching, yoga, meditation, and energy work. Using a step-by-step, scientifically-proven yet comfortable process of co-operative coaching, Monica empowers her clients as they make easy, long-lasting lifestyle changes. The tools and skills they learn working with Monica help her clients achieve and maintain a life of balance and alignment.
