Stephie has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 15 years and ran her own private Personal Training and Posture Alignment practice for 7 years. Stephie has been featured in the internationally published and award winning IDEA Health & Fitness Source Magazine as an industry expert and has been recognized as an Elite Personal Fitness Trainer by IDEA. Stephie has worked with amateur as well as professional athletes, can be seen in the internationally promoted Egoscue Method East–West Breathing DVD, and is quoted as an industry expert on the back of the Egoscue Pain Free Workout Series DVDs.
