Fitness Director / Personal Trainer

Travis is a life long San Diegan. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from SDSU and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer West Chiropractic College. His knowledge of both fitness and musculoskeletal conditions allows him to personalize an exercise program to match the goals of any individual.

Working as a Chiropractor allowed him to see the benefits of exercise for both the rehab and prevention of injuries. Travis has a particular interest in helping people to identify and improve posture related imbalances that occur from work and lifestyle related activities.

Travis has worked with a diverse population for whom he has created programs for weight management, strength and conditioning and postural imbalances. He looks forward to educating clients on exercise and fitness so they can feel confident to continue on their own for a lifetime.
