Yvonne worked as a Health Educator for Sharp Mission Park Medical Group for 19 years developing and teaching programs for Diabetes, Arthritis, Weight Management, and Employee Wellness. In addition, Yvonne has taught and danced for Jean Isaacs/San Diego Dance Theater (SDDT) for over 28 years in various projects in San Diego, Mexico and Europe. She received the Encinitas Community grant for her “Creative Aging Dance Project” in 2012. With years of dance training, work as a health educator, and understanding of the aging body, Yvonne is confident training older adults.
